HOW MUCH WASTE SHOULD YOU PUT IN A SKIP BIN?

Only fill the skip bin so it is level across the top. Overfilling the bin is a hazard for staff and other road users when transporting the load. Please ensure you have filled the bin correctly as you may be required to remove items to make the load safe. If a bin is overfilled you will need to remove excess waste and order an additional skip bin.

HOW CAN I GET MORE SPACE IN MY SKIP BIN?

To make the most out of your skip bin make sure all waste is broken down to prevent wasted space between waste products as well as compressing the waste.

CAN I MOVE A SKIP BIN?

Do not try to move the bin from its drop position as you may damage the bin’s structure. North East Bin Hire’s staff will endeavour to place the bin in the location you requested. Any damage to the bin will incur an additional charge.

WHAT IF YOU PUT PROHIBITED WASTE IN A SKIP BIN?

If you place prohibited waste into the skip bin additional charges may be incurred to safely dispose of these items.

HOW DOES NORTH EAST BIN HIRE CHARGE?

All Prices are by negotiation subject to bins size and weight of contents.

WHAT ITEMS SHOULDN’T YOU PLACE IN A SKIP BIN?

In the interests of safety, avoid adding the following items into the skip bin. Additional charges may apply to dispose of these items correctly. Asbestos, Tyres, Oil, Paint or paint products, Herbicides and pesticides, Explosives, Gas cylinders, Medical waste, Noxious chemicals, Household waste (ie. food)
